Comfortable beds and spectacular corner views made the stay enjoyable, especially for my son who loved watching the ships. The restaurant staff was welcoming and attentive, enhancing our breakfast experience. However, the room we had lacked a direct view of the water, which was disappointing considering the location's potential.

The hotel’s layout is impressive, with an internal walkway connecting to the parking garage. The vendors in the lobby added a charming and unique experience that made the atmosphere vibrant. I appreciated the proximity to fantastic restaurants within walking distance.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. I appreciated the accommodating front desk staff who were always smiling and ready to help. The room was clean and offered a lovely view, but the elevators were often crowded and very slow.

The breakfast at "Start" was a highlight, with fantastic food that truly exceeded expectations. The cushioned hallways effectively muffled noise, and the architecture added a nice touch to the ambiance. However, there were significant issues. three out of four elevators were out of order, leading to long waits, and a promised pool was closed without prior notice, leading to an inconvenient trek for alternative arrangements. Additionally, there was a lack of clean silverware during a conference meal due to plumbing problems, which was disappointing.

The view from our room was breathtaking! 🌅 We loved the breakfast selection, especially the freshly baked pastries. However, the hallway noise was a bit disruptive during the night.
